We have in excess of 27 years of experience within the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry which includes product design and installation / trouble shooting, so we have a wealth of knowledge to offer our clients.

We pride ourselves in offering high quality TM44 reports that give companies the tools and ability to both reduce the building operating costs and also reduce their carbon foot print.

A "Sample Report" can be down loaded from the Documents section to give you an idea of the quality, layout and content that you should expect from a TM44 report. We also offer "R22 Audit" reports for companies with older equipment operating with HCFC R22 refrigerant (please see free R22 Audit sample report in the Documents section). This report includes the calculation of existing equipment operating costs and the comparison against modern replacement inverter drive type systems that offer the maximum efficiencies, to highlight the potential savings available to you.

An R22 Audit report can be carried out independently for clients, however if we carry out a TM44 inspection and find R22 equipment on site, we will carry out the R22 report at the same time FOC.
